TSG is looking for talented, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our thriving group practice. We offer a variety of positions and compensation packages for graduate and clinical-level therapists, with in-office and hybrid scheduling options. We hire therapists who aspire to be GREAT and who wish to join an incredible team, in which to grow their clinical skills in treating children, teens and families.
For over 15 years, TSG has been a premier practice known for providing high-quality services to families, and for supporting therapists in growing and specializing in their unique treatment niche. We offer a thoughtful onboarding process, a mentoring program, and ongoing supervision and training to support new employees. We also have weekly group consultations, several topic-focused peer consults monthly, specialized supervision, and endless training opportunities for our staff.
As therapists, we know that our clients receive the best services when our team is thriving. That’s why we pride ourselves in helping therapists create the lives they envision while doing the work they love. Our supervisors help customize goals and growth plans with our therapists just as we do with our clients, in order to ensure that our therapists feel supported and fulfilled in their work.
We have various compensation options including full or part-time hourly and salaried positions, and abundant benefits including health insurance (for salaried positions), IRA contribution matching, malpractice insurance, sick leave, licensure and training reimbursement, and staff gatherings and retreats. Additionally, TSG has a full-time intake coordinator to manage referrals and administrative needs, as well as a billing specialist, and a user-friendly EHR system. That means that all our therapists have to focus on is their client care, and achieving their own personal goals!
