Our therapists treat teens and adolescents, and we each specialize in working with a particular age and a subset of issues. Group therapy is offered for adults, teens, and children and can act as a support network and a sounding board. A therapist and other members of the group help you come up with specific ideas for working on difficult situations or life challenges.
