She has experience in delivering therapy and psychoeducation in schools and the private practice environment as well as offering caregiver and family sessions, group sessions, and individual sessions. In every setting, Ceyda shares a passion and dedication to growing the emotional wellness of youth and families
Ceyda’s priority is creating felt safety in the therapeutic space for clients and their families, and she dedicates effort to helping youth find pride in their strengths, grow trust within themselves, and feel heard and understood. Her ultimate goal is to share her knowledge to aid caregivers in replicating what is done in session at home. She finds that empowering caregivers to support the therapeutic work can amplify the positive treatment outcomes across the lifespan and all relationships. Ceyda’s therapeutic care intends to not only ease the difficulties of today, but also give individuals the tools for maintaining ongoing resilience, comfort, and ability to advocate for one’s mental health.
