Jules Hartsfeld, LPC, LCAS, CCTP
Jules recently joined the TSG team with nearly a decade of experience helping teens and adults successfully work through trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, family conflict, relationship struggles, and life adversity. Jules enjoys building warm, collaborative relationships with clients. She is thoughtful and relational in her approach, and helps clients feel understood, accepted, and emotionally safe in therapy.
Jules practices from a trauma—and attachment—informed lens and draws from mindfulness-based strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her integrative approach allows her to individualize treatment based on clients’ needs and goals, using a holistic perspective and offering a range of skills and strategies. Jules also has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and trauma recovery. Jules is passionate about helping people build self-worth, develop meaningful personal relationships, and live wholeheartedly with authenticity and purpose.
Jules is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Butler University and her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Illinois University. Jules is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is a life-long learner and regularly participates in continued education and training.
