Molly is our parenting consultant and a skilled individual adult psychotherapist. She provides parenting assessments that involve focusing and building on the strengths of each child, while simplifying the concepts of parenting so that parents feel less overwhelmed and can get back to enjoying family life. By focusing on important parenting and self-care skills, Molly helps parents be stronger, better partners and co-parents
Molly specializes in treating anxiety and depression. In adult psychotherapy, Molly uses cognitive behavioral strategies to help individuals identify distressing feelings, explore the internal thoughts associated with those feelings, and build positive replacement thoughts. Through this process, clients feel a greater sense of peace, which leads to a more productive and complete daily life. Molly also works with adults who are undergoing emotional stress due to challenging life transition or medical issues. She’s integrative, thoughtful and action-oriented in her work.
Molly also leads our Divorce Support Groups.
